Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and wipkr ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"), accessible at wipkr.cam. wipkr is an online gaming information and entertainment platform providing content related to sports betting, live casino products, slots and responsible gambling, designed for adult users in Pakistan and the international market.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not use the Platform in that capacity.

These Terms are supplemented by wipkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and wipkr. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall prevail except where expressly stated otherwise.

Account Eligibility

4.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you, in order to create an account or access any gambling-related content on this Platform. • Not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by wipkr for breach of these Terms;
• Not be subject to any prohibition on gambling under applicable law.

4.4 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

Account Rules & Security

5.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify wipkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

5.2 KYC Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time specified may result in account restrictions or closure.

5.3 Account Suspension & Termination

6.1 Permitted Use

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful;

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with wipkr or any Operator;

All Content on the Platform — including betting guides, odds explanations, casino game walkthroughs and payment method references — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice or a recommendation to engage in any specific gambling activity.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wipkr is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Nothing in this clause limits the consumer protection rights available to you under the mandatory laws of your own jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that gambling activities may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable laws. wipkr does not provide legal advice and expressly disclaims any representation that use of this Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Amendments to These Terms
